  1. PROCES REZERVACIJE<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Putnik kupuje i rezervira usluge ispunjavanjem elektroni\u010dke narud\u017ebenice. Kupcem smatramo svaku osobu koja rezervira barem jednu uslugu, pru\u017ei tra\u017eene podatke i detalje te po\u0161alje narud\u017ebu putem web stranice. Sve cijene izra\u017eene su u eurima i kona\u010dne su. Cijene uklju\u010duju PDV (porez na dodanu vrijednost).<\/p>\n

Ne\u0107emo prihvatiti nikakvu odgovornost u vezi s ka\u0161njenjima ili promjenama rasporeda, zadanim ili prevelikim brojem rezervacija smje\u0161taja, izletima i iskustvima, transferima, bole\u0161\u0107u, smr\u0107u, vremenskim promjenama i uvjetima, \u0161trajkovima, karantenom i drugim uzrocima izvan na\u0161e kontrole.<\/p>\n

    2. PODACI ZA PLA\u0106ANJE<\/strong><\/p>\n

    For services that you book through this website, you pay online with a credit\/debit card. Croatia Local Tours charges the traveler’s credit\/debit card immediately after the transaction is performed.<\/p>\n

    Kreditna\/debitna kartica tereti se u hrvatskim kunama (HRK), nacionalnoj valuti u Hrvatskoj. Iznos kojim se tereti kartica dobiva se konverzijom eura u hrvatske kune prema te\u010daju utvr\u0111enom cjenikom na dan kupnje usluge. Iznos koji se tereti na putnikovoj kreditnoj\/debitnoj kartici u hrvatskoj valuti bit \u0107e preveden u nacionalnu valutu putnika od strane karti\u010darske ku\u0107e primjenom va\u017ee\u0107e te\u010dajne liste zemlje putnika.<\/p>\n

    3. ZA\u0160TITA OSOBNIH PODATAKA<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Obvezujemo se \u0161tititi osobne podatke putnika prikupljaju\u0107i samo osnovne podatke o putnicima. Putnik \u0107e biti obavije\u0161ten o na\u010dinu kori\u0161tenja prikupljenih podataka.
